What does The Wagon package include?? With our full Wagon Experience package, we provide everything you need including OTW bartender(s), bar planning assistance, a custom personalized menu, coolers, bar equipment, white cocktail napkins, ice, plastic drink ware, stirrers, garnishes, mixers, and a generator (if needed).
Who provides the alcohol? Due to licensing restrictions by the State of California, OTW does not provide or sell alcohol and we cannot accept any payment for alcohol. Alcohol purchase is made by the client and provided for OTW to serve. We are here for you every step of the way from bar planning, to providing a suggested shopping list guide. Fresh floral arrangements and glassware are not included. However, we are happy to work with your vendors to achieve the mobile bar experience of your dreams!
Is there an hourly minimum? There is a 3 hour minimum. Each event requires a 2 hour set up + 1 hour cleanup.
How far will OTW travel? Events outside of a 40 mile driving range from 95765 will incur an additional fee of $2/ mile round trip.
What is required to power up The Wagon? The Wagon needs access to a standard 120V outlet and we will provide our own extension cords. If there is no access to an outlet we will bring a generator at no additional cost.
What size keg will fit in The Wagon? OTW has two taps and can hold up to two half barrel kegs.
What if it rains? Weather can be unpredictable at times. In the event rain or bad weather is projected for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services . Tents must be more than 10 feet tall for our mobile bar to fit inside.
How may I reserve my date? We require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 and completed contract to save a date. We can only guarantee a booking once both are received on a first come, first serve basis. Card payments will incur an additional processing fee of 3.6%.
